If you are under 30, you like to watch art films, your goal is to travel to, or visit the film festival in your own city, become a member of the Cinephile Network in the Adriatic Region.
Activities
Zagreb Film Festival is hosting a workshop for senior critics. If you are 54+ you can apply and learn more about film analysis and criticism from Croatian film publicist Nino Kovačić.
Montenegro Film Festival is hosting a workshop for young critics. Apply and learn from the best regional journalists how to write film critics and become a member of Young Critics Network. Call is open for students and young professionals.
Film Program
This program features up to six European films originating from medium and low audio-visual production capacity countries. Selection includes films of renowned quality, films that have been critically acclaimed and had good audience reception, and is limited to narrative fiction features.
The EcoScope Selection brings together film screenings and the conversation on ecology and the environment.
Spring Edition is set to showcase up to five titles, the winners from the latest edition of the members of the Network and the winner of the Adriatic Audience Award.
Winter edition is set to promote regional co-productions. In this program, we are featuring up to five ciriticly acclamed films from the past three years, made in co-production of at least two countries, members of the Network.
Yugoslav Classics program aim to increase the appreciation and understanding of joint cultural heritage. Up to two films from the former Yugoslavia will be shown at each festival, as celebration of cultural heritage and film memory.
